What this means to you: When you apply for and/or obtain a mortgage loan, we will ask for your name, address, date of birth, and other information that will allow us to identify you. We may also ask to see your driver’s license or other identifying documents.
The information being requested and observed is for compliance with the requirements of Section 326 of the USA Patriot Act implementing customer identification, and verification requirements.
